Case is called out. None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the instant petition. However, Shri Rachit Sodhi, brief holder for the State-respondents no.1 to 3 is present.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned FIR dated 14.07.2021 bearing FIR No.0195 of 2021, under Sections 363, 354 I.P.C. & Section 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Tarabganj, District Gonda.
Learned brief holder for the State-respondents submits that the investigation of the present case has been concluded and charge sheet has been submitted before the Competent Court on 14.06.2022, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
In case the petitioner is aggrieved against the said charge sheet, he is at liberty to take recourse to law.
