Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad vide his letter dated 12.04.2021 has informed this Court that sole appellant Sunil Kumar had already expired on 15.08.2016. In verification of his death, statement of one Deepak, S/o Maan Singh and Gram Pradhan Narendra has been recorded. The death certificate issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has been annexed. The police report of SI Narendra Kumar, Police Station Shikohabad, District Firozabad has also been annexed.
In view of the above, since the sole appellant Sunil Kumar had already expired, this criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
