Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
C.J.M, Etah, vide his letter dated 9.9.2021, has informed this Court that sole appellant- Rajeshwar had already expired about 10 years back. In verification of his death, statement of Ram Krishna, real brother of the deceased and Pappu, nephew of the deceased has been recorded. Statement of Raman Pal Singh, Village Pradhan has also been recorded. Police Report by S.I. Lakhan Singh, P.S. Sikanderpur Vaishya, District- Kasganj has also been annexed.
In view of the above since sole appellant had already expired, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
