In verification of his death, the statement of Gutman and Bablu cousin of the appellant has been recorded. Death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan has also been annexed. The statement of S.I. Vipin Kumar, P.S. Bah, District Agra has also been annexed.
In view of above, since the sole appellant had already expired, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
