As per office report dated 03.09.2022 which is based on the report of the C.J.M.-Pilibhit, the sole appellant Raj Kumar has died about 13 years ago. In this connection, learned C.J.M.Pilibhit has annexed alongwith his report, the statements of serving office S.I. Subhash Chandra, Liaqat Hussain Sabhasad Ward No.18, Manish Agrawal maternal grand son of the appellant, Ravindra Kumar nephew of the appellant, death certificate issued by Sabhasad.
In view of the above, it is proved that the sole-appellant-Raj Kumar has died.
The appeal is, therefore, dismissed as abated.
