Perused the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri dated 11.3.2022, which states that sole appellant Rajvir has died. In this regard, he has conducted inquiry and recorded statements of Serving Officer S.I. Abhishek, Dilip Kumar, Vishram Singh and has also annexed the death certificate.
In view of above, it is proved that the sole appellant Rajvir has died. Accordingly, the appeal against him is dismissed as abated.
Since the appellant was on bail, his bail bonds are cancelled and sureties are discharged.
Lower court record be returned back to the concerned court below immediately.
