Revisionist has filed present revision engaging Mr. M.K. Gupta, Advocate, (as then His Lordship was) who has been elevated to the Bench. After elevation of Mr. M.K. Gupta, Advocate as Judge of this High Court, notice was issued to the revisionist to engage another counsel.
As per ofÏce report dated 27.07.2015, notice was issued to revisionist fixing 28.08.2015, but ofÏce report dated 15.02.2022 shows that same has been returned with illegible postal remark and further, no Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of revisionist.
Matter pertains to the year 2001 and it appears that revisionist is not willing to contest the present case.
Accordingly, revision is dismissed .
However, liberty is given to the revisionist to move recall application, if anything survives.
