Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari directing the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.) Shahar, Jaunpur to decide the Suit (Mansukhi) No. 1400 of 2019 (Nasheem Bano vs. Abdul Rahman), within stipulated period."
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) Shahar, Jaunpur to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, if possible, within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
