Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Civil Judge (J.D.) Mau to hear and decide the Original Suit No. 992 of 2019 (Jhinaku v. Vinod), within stipulated period."
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) Mau to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
