Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-

"(i). Allow the petition directing the court below i.e. the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur to decide the Matrimonial Case No. 170 of 2021 (Praveen Kumar Maurya vs. Smt. Shashikiran Kushwaha), under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, within stipulated period."

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that matrimonial case of petitioner is pending since 2021 and Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 provides maximum six months for disposal of the case, therefore, a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the case at the earliest.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order as provided in Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. In case adjournment is granted, Court shall record the reason for the same.
