Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(i). Issue a direction to the Civil Judge(J.D.), Mau to hear and decide the Civil Suit No. 258 of 2003 (Rajendra Ravidas vs. Rajdev & others), within stipulated period."
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with direction to the Civil Judge(J.D.), Mau to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. In case adjournment is granted, Court shall record detailed reason for the same.
