Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Verma, learned Advocate holding brief of Mohammad Waseem, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.
The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant Smt. Saleeman, Smt. Sitara and Km. Anno @ Aasiya under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0206 of 2021, for offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 120B of I.P.C, Section 17 POCSO Act, Section 3/5(1) U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Religion Conversion Act, 2020 and Section 3(2)(5) of SC/ST Act, registered at Police StationBahedi, District- Bareilly, after rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the applciants by Additional Sessions Judge/Spl. Judge POCSO Act, Bareilly vide order dated 18.04.2022.
After some argument learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present anticipatory bail application.
Hence, anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
