Heard Sri Kumar Ashutosh Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.
The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant Braham Jeet under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 426 of 2020, for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station- Expressway, DistrictGautam Budh Nagar, directly before this Court.
After some argument learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present anticipatory bail application.
Hence, anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
