Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate-II, DistrictAligarh for expedition of proceedings of Complaint Case No. 476 of 2016 under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station- Quarsi, District- Aligarh as expeditiously as possible within stipulated time.

The application for domestic violence act has been filed long back in the year 2016 and submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that no order for interim maintenance even has been passed so far and the opposite parties is not appearing.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate-II, District- Aligarh is directed to expedite the Complaint Case No. 476 of 2016 under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station- Quarsi, District- Aligarh strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if possible within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.

Meanwhile, the trial Court is also expected to pass a suitable order regarding the maintenance of the applicant Smt. Megha Singh in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this application is finally disposed of.
