Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Criminal Case No.7134 of 2020 (State Vs. Brijesh Sahni and others) arising out of Case Crime No.276 of 2020 under Sections 498-A, 323, 506, 342 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Dohrighat, District Mau pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate / F.T.C.-II, Mau expeditiously within a stipulated period.
It appears that probably due to corona pandemic, the proceedings of the trial has been withheld. However, it is directed to the learned lower court to frame the charges within one month from the date of receiving of the certified copy of this order and thereafter make all possible endeavor for the expeditious disposal of the case.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
