Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sadabad, Hathras to decide the Complaint Case No.215 of 2021 (Smt. Priyanka Vs. Vijay Kumar @ Bhupendra & others) under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Sadabad, District Hathras expeditiously within a stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the applicant urged that the court concerned may be directed to decide the complaint case as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.

It reveals from the perusal of the order-sheet that the application under section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act was fixed for orders. There is nothing on record to show as to what order was passed on 8.8.2022.

It has been submitted that no order has been passed so far by the court.

¶10

In these circumstances and believing the statement given by the learned counsel for the applicant, it is hereby directed to the trial court to pass orders on the application under section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act as per law within a period of one month from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
