This writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon the respondent no. 4 to conclude the proceedings initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the application filed by the petitioner under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code various dates have been fixed but till date the proceedings in question have not been concluded.
Sub Rule 6 of Rule 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 provides for the period in which proceedings initiated under Section 67 has to be concluded.
In view of the above, respondent no. 4 is expected to comply the provisions of Sub Rule 6 of Rule 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned parties, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the High Court.
Writ petition is disposed of.
