Today, when the matter was taken up, a query was put to learned counsel for the petitioner as under which provision representation in the revenue matters would lie before the district authorities.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner could reply to the same.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as there is no provision under the U.P. Revenue Code for making representation.
However, petitioner has remedy to approach the concerned authority under the relevant provisions of the Act.
