This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 16.10.2019 passed by Assistant Commissioner (Stamp), Bulandshahar.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the said order is an appealable order and the the petitioner has approached this Court directly.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy available to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned.
However, in case the petitioner approaches the appellate court within 15 days from today, the appellate court without going into the question of limitation shall decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
