Even in the revised call no one has appeared to press this petition on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned Standing counsel for the State respondents is present.
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon the respondents not to interfere in the repairing and construction of the roof of petitioner's house, which is situated over the bhumidhari land obtained by the exchanged proceedings under Section 161 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act.
On perusal of the record, I am of the view that the relief claimed by the petitioner before this Court is totally misconceived and cannot be granted by this Court in writ jurisdiction and, as such, writ petition is not maintainable.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
