This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 28.12.2018 whereby the matter has been transferred to the Court of Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) Bulandsahar in proceedings under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code. Against the said order a revision was filed and revisional authority had rejected the revision. It transpires that petitioner is aggrieved only against the matter being transferred to the Court of Additional District Magistrate.
No ground made out for interference by this Court.
Writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
