This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no. 2/Naib Tehsildar, Sadar, District Ballia to decide the Case No. 07818 of 2018 (Smt. Chanchala (since deceased) and another Vs. Mohan Ram and others) within a stipulated period.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that mutation proceedings under Section 33/34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2 since the year 2013. Sole prayer in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid proceedings.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, as such, respondent no. 2/Naib Tehsildar, Sadar, District Ballia, is directed to decide the Case No. 07818 of 2018 (Smt. Chanchala (since deceased) and another Vs. Mohan Ram and others), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of next six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court, after hearing all the parties concerned.
