This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

"i.) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing to the respondent no.3 to decide all the cases no.1074 of 2019, Computerized Case No.T201914360401074 (Ri.Le. Versus Smt. Priyanka) Case No.1075 of 2019, Computerized Case No.T201914360401075 (Ri. Le. Versus Santosh), Case No.1076 of 2019, Computerized Case No.T201914360401076 (Ri. Le. Versus Smt. Vandana), Case No.1077 of 2019, Computerized Case No.T201914360401077 (Ri. Le. Versus Smt. Anjali), Case No.1078 of 2019, Computerized Case No.T201914360401078 (Ri. Le. Versus Smt. Sadhna), Case No.1079 of 2019, Computerized Case No.T201914360401079 (Ri. Le. Versus Surya Prakash), Case No.1081 of 2019, Computerized Case No.T201914360401081 (Ri. Le. Versus Smt. Sub Rule 6 of Rule 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 provides for the period in which proceedings initiated under Section 67 has to be concluded.

In view of the above, respondent no.2-The Collector/District Magistrate, Varanasi is expected to comply the provisions of Sub Rule 6 of Rule 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned parties, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the High Court.
