This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the Tehsildar (Judicial), Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur to decide the case No. 18648 of 2019 computerized case No. T201905310318648 (Ravi Pandey Vs. Dheeraj Yadav) within a stipulated time.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had purchased a property in the year 2019 and mutation proceedings under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code is pending consideration before the Tehsildar (Judicial), Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, as such, Tehsildar (Judicial), Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur is directed to decide the case No. 18648 of 2019 computerized case No. T201905310318648 (Ravi Pandey Vs. Dheeraj Yadav), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of next three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court, after hearing all the parties concerned.
