Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 01.09.2021 being Case Crime No.0347 of 2021 under Sections 376, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Chiluatal, Distt. Gorakhpur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA-I has submitted that in the present matter final report has been submitted on 23.10.2021 and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
