Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for opposite party. The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the orders dated 05.02.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.18414 of 2019 (Dharmendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others).

Pursuant to the order of this court, affidavit of compliance on behalf of opposite party has already been filed which is on record.

It is stated in paragraph 8 of the aforesaid affidavit that in compliance of the order of Writ Court, an order has been passed on 17.03.2021 by Director Secondary Education, copy of the aforesaid order is appended as Annexure No.1 to the affidavit. Thereafter, a consequnsial order has also been passed by District Inspector of Schools Jaunpur on 25.03.2021, copy of which is appended as Annexure No.2 to the affidavit.

In the circumstances, it is argued by Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for opposite party that the order of Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the applicant submits

that the salary for period of last one year has not been paid to the applicant.

In this view of the matter, the present contempt application is disposed of permitting the applicant to submit a representation raising all their grievances before the District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur along with a copy of this order annexing the copy of the necessary papers and document within a period of four weeks from today. In case, the representation has been filed within the stipulated period, the District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months thereafter.
