The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 22.09.2010 passed in Writ Petition No.58467 of 2010 (Ashok Kumar Chaurasiya & another Vs. State of U.P. and others) and order dated 05.10.2010 passed in Special Appeal No.1626 of 2010 (Principal, Sai College of Education, Mahoba & another Vs. State of U.P. and others).
From perusal of the record, it appears that either the order of the writ Court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest.
In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
