The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the orders dated 08.09.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.7648 of 2020 (Hari Narayan Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Pursuant to the order of this court, affidavit of compliance on behalf of opposite party No.1 has already been filed which is on record.
It is stated in paragraph nine of the aforesaid affidavit that the respresentation/application filed by the applicant has been decide by the oppoiste party No.1 vide its order dated 10.08.2021, copy of the aforesaid order is appended as Annexure No.1 to the affidavit.
In the circumstances, it is argued by Sri. K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that the order of Writ Court has been fully complied with and no further cause of action would further survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
In case, the applicant is still aggrieved with the decision of the opposite party, he has a liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum.
