The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 8.10.2004 extended on 29.10.2004 and 19.11.2004 passed in Writ Petition No.42694 of 2004 (Premnath Singh and others Vs. Tej Pratap Singh and three others).
From perusal of the record, it appears that either the order of the writ Court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest.
In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
