Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The applicant has preferred this contempt application for noncompliance of the final judgment and order dated 30.04.2019 passed in Writ-C No.14940 of 2019 (Anganu Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Today, when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the applicant has informed that the aforesaid order of the writ Court has already been complied with.
In view of the fact that the order passed by the writ Court has already been complied with, no further cause of action for contempt survives.
Accordingly, this contempt application stands dismissed.
