Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

This anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant Guljar with the prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0091 of 2021, under Sections 3/5A/8 of the C.S. Act and Section 3/11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station Ratanpuri, District Muzaffar Nagar.

At the very out set, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application provided that a direction may be given to the learned court below that if the applicant surrenders before the court below and applies for regular bail his application for bail may be disposed of on the same day.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection.

In view of above, the anticipatory bail application is rejected as not pressed.

However, it is directed that if the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail before the learned court below, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously, preferably on the same day, in accordance with law.
