This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicants Ishvaar Sahay Nai, Puttan and Arvind Nai in Case Crime No. 20 of 2020, under sections 323, 325, 504 and 308 I.P.C., P.S. Kishanpur, District Fatehpur.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that he does not want to press the anticipatory bail application provided that a direction be issued to the learned court below to dispose of the bail application of the applicants, if given, expeditiously.
In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application is rejected as not pressed.
A direction is however given to the court below that in case applicants surrender and give bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously, in accordance with law.
