Submission of the learned counsel for the applicants is that the applicants have been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of general allegation. It has been further submitted that prior to this application, an application was given by the informant, a copy of which is annexed at page 26 and the application was addressed to the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority. Further submission is that in that application no allegation of rape was made. It has been further submitted that against the informant a complaint case was filed by co-accused Anita Dixit, who is the mother-in-law of of opposite party no.2 on 17.6.2020 and as a counter blast, this FIR was lodged. Further submission is that it is a case of matrimonial nature and the applicants are entitled for the benefit of anticipatory bail. It is further submitted that applicants have no criminal history and applicants are prepared to furnish sureties and bonds, there is no possibility of their either fleeing away from the judicial process or tampering with the evidence.
