Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Manoj Singh, learned counsel for the respondents no. to 2 to 5.

The case of the petitioner is that vide order dated 31.03.1998 she was appointed as Assistant Teacher in Prathmik Vidyalaya Safiyabad, Vikas Kshera Semariyawan District Sant Kabir Nagar and she joined on the said post on 14.05.1998. Thereafter, she was promoted on the post of Head Mistress by order dated 21.07.2007 and transferred to Prathmik Vidyalaya Katai, Vikas Kshetra Semariyawan District Sant Kabir Nagar and since then she is working as Head Mistress.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the salary of the petitioner has been stopped from 03.09.2019 vide order dated 03.09.2019 and in this regard she has already represented to Basic Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad (respondent no. 2) vide representation dated 23.6.2020 (annexure-4 to the writ petition).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for early disposal of pending representation.

Sri Manoj Singh, learned counsel for the respondents submits that pending representation of the petitioner shall be considered by the respondent no. 3 and appropriate orders shall be passed within two months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the parties and also perusing the material on record, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall pass appropriate orders in the pending representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2020 within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
