Petitioner is a farmer. His land has been acquired for construction of Airport at Allahabad. His grievance is that although, he has received compensation for the land but some construction has been demolished by the respondents, however the compensation for the said construction has not been paid as yet.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to a communication issued by the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Allahabad dated 21.3.2018. A perusal of the same would indicate that said issue is under consideration in respect of the grievance raised by the petitioner.
We are of the view that end of justice requires that the grievance of petitioner be considered by the appropriate authorities in accordance with law expeditiously.
Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with certified copy of this order before respondent no.2 within 15 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. We hope and trust that respondent no.2 shall issue a necessary direction in accordance with law, expeditiously.
