The petitioners have preferred this writ petition for the following relief:
" I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding respondent Kanpur Development Authority to give possession of the allotted commercial Plot No. 14, Block-A, Yojna Panki, Ispat Nagar, Kanpur, admeasuring 800 square meters forthwith within stipulated period of time."
Sri R.P. Pandey, learned Advocate states that he has received instruction, which he has passed on to us. The instruction shows that claim of the petitioners has already been decided by order dated 3.11.2018 which has been communicated to the Commissioner also on 26.12.2018. We have perused the same. It is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to furnish a copy of both the aforesaid order / communication to learned counsel for the petitioners during the course of the day.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh writ petition if he is aggrieved.
No order as to costs.
