Petitioner has challenged the notice dated 22.6.2018, wherein some comments have been called from the concerned officer for recovery of the outstanding amount of royalty and interest thereon.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to an order passed by Co-ordinate Bench in Writ-C No.6107 of 2018 (M/S Maa Durga Brick Field Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others). We are of the view that notice was issued in June, 2018, hence we permit the petitioner to file a representation or show cause against the said notice.
In the event, any such show cause is made, the concerned authority shall consider it and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
