Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav learned Standing Counsel.
From the instructions placed by the learned Standing Counsel which are taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purposes of identification, the Court notes and is apprised that the enquiry which was initiated against the petitioner has been concluded and that a decision has been taken not to process the candidature of the petitioner any further in light of the material which has been gathered.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the decision of the respondents shall be duly communicated to the petitioner by the third respondent within a period of one month from today.
Accordingly and in light of the above, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above. All contentions and rights of the petitioner to assail any final decision that may be communicated are kept open to be assailed in appropriate proceedings.
