Heard learned counsel for the petitioner learned Standing Counsel and Sri Kailash Singh Kushwaha who appears for the Commission.
Undisputedly the advertisement mandated that all aspiring candidates must hold a CCC certificate issued by DOEACC Society (now known as NIELIT) or hold a qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto. Although the petitioner holds a CCC certificate issued by NIELIT, the same bears a date of 22 October 2016 which is after the last cut off date prescribed under the advertisement which admittedly was 04 March 2016. The other certificates which are relied upon by the petitioner are neither shown nor established to have been recognised by any Government as equivalent to the CCC certificate issued by NIELIT.
Consequently the Court finds no merit in the writ petition, which shall stand dismissed.
