Sri Upadhyay appearing for the third respondent states that the claim of the petitioner for regularisation as well as payment of minimum in the pay scale shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent in accordance with law and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. It is further stated that the claim for payment of minimum in the pay scale shall be attended to bearing in mind the decision of the Supreme Court rendered on 14 November 2018 in Sabha Shanker Dube Vs. Divisional Forest Officer and Others Civil Appeal No. 10956 of 201.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
