Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was called for physical efficiency test as he has been selected for the post of Constable against the direct recruitment of Constable Civil Police and Constable Provincial Armed Constabulary 2018. The petitioner had completed 12 rounds but he has been rejected on the ground that he has completed only 11 rounds. Physical Efficiency test has been recorded in the CCTV Camera. The petitioner has raised his grievance on 12.12.2018, but he was asked to submit it to the Secretary U.P. Police Recruitment Board. Therefore, the petitioner has preferred a representation on 13.12.2018 to the opposite party no.3 with a prayer that a decision may be taken after verifying from the CCTV footage. Accordingly a prayer has been made for a direction to opposite party no.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner within some stipulated period and take a decision after verifying the run of the petitioner from the CCTV footage. To which there is no objection by the learned Standing Counsel.
