This petition has been preferred challenging the prescription of minimum marks by the Commission which stipulation had been quashed by the Court while deciding Writ -A No. 20016 of 2018 . On the appeal of the Commission, the Division Bench has set aside that decision.
Consequently and in light of the judgment rendered by the Division Bench in Special Appeal No. 142 of 2019 , this writ petition is dismissed .
