Learned Brief Holder appearing for the third and fourth respondents states that subject to the petitioners filing individual representations in support of their claims within a period of two weeks from today, the prayer for grant of House Rent Allowance, subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being left open, shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondents in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four months therefrom.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
