Even after revised list, none is for either side.
The Compromise Application No. 52838 reveals that parties have entered in compromise in Execution Misc. Case No. 4/7/1999, in which Rs. 1,60,000/- has been received by claimants as against one time full and final settlement in the tune of Rs. 1,85,000/- and remaining Rs. 25,000/- was to be taken by the claimants at the time of execution by this Appellate Court to the Tribunal concerned. Hence, now there remains nothing for adjudication in this appeal.
This appeal disposed of accordingly.
Office is directed to pay the statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/made in this Appellate Court to the Tribunal concerned and which shall be withdrawn by the claimants.
