Heard Sri Diwakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This bail application has been moved by accused-applicant Shaanu in Case Crime No. 274 of 2018, under Section 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station Chharra, District Aligarh, on the ground that he is innocent, has been falsely implicated in this very case crime for accusation of recovery of 70 Kg. cow meat from their possession along with knife whereas no such recovery was ever made. It was a planted one. No public evidence of any injury to any police personal is there. Bail has been prayed for.

Learned A.G.A. for the State has opposed the prayer of bail but has admitted the fact that co-accused Riyaz with the same degree of accusation has been enlarged on bail in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 780 of 2019 (Riyaz Vs. State of U.P.).

Keeping in view the nature of submissions advanced, the applicant is entitled for bail.

Let, the applicant Shaanu involved in Case Crime No. 274 of 2018, under Section 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station Chharra, District- Aligarh be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of magistrate/court concerned, with the following conditions:-
