This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following relief;
a. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 24.08.2012 moved by the petitioner and to restore the supply of fair price shop of the petitioner, situated in Village Sardhuwa (Kalupur), Block Pahadi, Pahadi, Tahsil Karwi, District Chitrakoot.
Heard learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
The matter relates to year 2012. It appears that by efflux of time this writ petition has become infructuous. Even otherwise also we do not see any merit in the writ petition.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
