This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;

'i To, issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 11.4.2018 passed by the Respondent No. 3.

ii. To, Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent authority to petitioner is ready pay in easy installment.

iii. To, issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation dated 15.06.2018 within the stipulated period which is pending before respondent no. 3."

After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that a direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3/concerned authority to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.6.2018 within a stipulated period.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3, Executive Engineer Electric Supply, Ist, Mainpuri ventilating all his grievances within 10 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within 30 days from the date of receipt of the said representation.

For a period of 30 days or till the disposal of the representation, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
