The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus commanding the respondents to forthwith issue formal order of affiliation of the petitioner institution for conducting two years diploma course in Elementary Education.
Learned standing counsel, on instructions, states that the matter relating to grant of recognition to the petitioner institution was taken up for consideration by the State Level Committee in its meeting held on 20 May 2018 and the recommendation by the said Committee has been forwarded to the State Government on the same day for its consideration.
Learned standing counsel states that final decision would be taken in the matter by 30 May 2018.
Having heard learned standing counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the stand taken by him.
