Learned standing counsel, on instructions, states that the time fixed for registration of the candidates for appearing in U.P. D.El.Ed. admission test dated 23.5.2018 has been extended upto 31.5.2018 by Government Order dated 23.5.2018. The same has also been placed on record for perusal of this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the instant writ petition and to file a fresh writ petition incorporating the subsequent developments and seeking proper relief.
The prayer made is allowed. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioner.
