The instant writ petition has been filed with the grievance that the marks sheet as well as the degree of B.Ed. Examination 2013 has not been issued to the petitioner so far.

On 14.5.2018, the following order was passed :-

"The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was shown as passed in B.Ed. Examination 2013 in the main examination. She appeared in the first and fifth papers again so that she is able to improve upon her previous performance. The mark sheet of re-examination issued to her displays the marks of only first and fifth papers but in respect of other papers, the entry is to the effect "MW" which means marks waiting. The petitioner claims that she had duly qualified in Rajasthan Public Service Commission Exam and she has to submit her testimonials by 27.6 2018.

Sri Vivek Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent University very fairly states that the University would carry out correction and he undertakes to produce the corrected mark sheet before this Court within ten days.

As prayed, put up as fresh on 25.5.2018."

Today, when the matter is taken up, Sri Vivek Verma learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-University has handed over a photostat copy of the corrected marks sheet to learned counsel for the petitioner. He further states that the petitioner can download a copy of the same marks sheet from internet and can obtain the original from the University.

In view of the fact that the corrected marks sheet has been issued to the petitioner, nothing further survives for being decided in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.

In case petitioner approaches the University alongwith a certified copy of this order and makes request for issuing the original marks sheet, the same shall be issued to her within 48 hours, after she completes the formalities, if any.
